Ons terugbetalings- en retourbeleid duurt 14 dagen na ontvangst. Binnen deze 14 dagen kunt u uw product naar ons terugsturen.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.<\/p>\n

To complete your return, we need proof of purchase.<\/p>\n

Custom made products can't be exchanged.<\/p>\n

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.<\/p>\n

If the product is in good condition, your refund will be processed and you will be refunded to your account within a few days.<\/p>\n

If you have not received a refund within a week, please contact us. We will do everything we can to make it right as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

An item from the webshop can be exchanged for 14 days, provided it is in its original condition.<\/p>\n

In case you received a product as a gift and you would like to return it you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.<\/p>\n

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.<\/p>\n

Shipping returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you want to return the product, please send an email in advance. The product can be sent to Vilt aan Zee, Boekhorststraat 159, 2512 CP The Hague.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Shipping costs for returns where the product was not damaged are at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will minimize the chance of losing the product.<\/p>\n

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>\n
