Refund and return policy


General info

Ons terugbetalings- en retourbeleid duurt 14 dagen na ontvangst. Binnen deze 14 dagen kunt u uw product naar ons terugsturen.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

To complete your return, we need proof of purchase.

Custom made products can't be exchanged.



Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the product is in good condition, your refund will be processed and you will be refunded to your account within a few days.


Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund within a week, please contact us. We will do everything we can to make it right as soon as possible.



An item from the webshop can be exchanged for 14 days, provided it is in its original condition.

Custom made products can't be exchanged.



In case you received a product as a gift and you would like to return it you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.


Shipping returns

If you want to return the product, please send an email in advance. The product can be sent to Vilt aan Zee, Boekhorststraat 159, 2512 CP The Hague. 

Shipping costs for returns where the product was not damaged are at your own expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will minimize the chance of losing the product.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
